We would like to provide you with an update around the steps we are implementing to support the health and safety of our employees, our
clients and our community, whilst minimizing the impact to you and ensuring we have the resources required to support your business during
the tough times ahead.
Being healthy and safe
- The health, wellbeing and safety of our people and our customers are our priority!
We encourage everyone to adopt good hygiene habits such; regularly washing your hands, coughing into your elbow or disposable tissue,
keeping a safe distance from each other and replacing handshakes with new elbow and shoe bump.
- All non-essential travel has been ceased immediately, both domestic and internationally.
It is important to acknowledge that this is an incredibly stressful time for our staff, business owners and the community, and not to
discount the importance of looking after your mental health as we tackle these challenges together.
What's different at KDA?
We are business as usual, however, we are taking the required steps to ensure that our team can operate from home when the time comes.KDA is
already a cloud-based business, so working from home for our team won’t be difficult. We are well equipped and ready to maintain our
exceptional client service remotely.
We advise that we will be limiting any non-essential face to face meetings and conduct phone calls or videos calls instead where possible.If
you require a meeting with our team, we are happy to arrange an online meeting through cloud software such as Skype and Zoom.
We also have Teamviewer at our disposal, if you require technical assistance.
For clients who would like to drop off information, please place it into our letterbox and call us on 9248 9991. We will
collect your documents right away.
